Congratulations to Sarah & Erfan.

We are thrilled to share our real bride Sarah’s beautiful wedding. Sarah is wearing our MIMOSA dress in silk crepe and bamboo lining. Her bespoke bodice with a custom custom-shaped neckline paired effortlessly with the figure-skimming fishtail skirt. Completing her look with our Atelier full-length French lace-trimmed veil and Jimmy Choo shoes.

On my wedding day, for me, the most important thing was having my loved ones around me. The second was feeling great so that I could really relax and embrace the day. And I did!  

I absolutely adored my Lyn Ashworth Wedding dress. It felt so luxurious, it was everything I wanted, and most of all, by working closely with creative director Sarah and the team, felt very me!

So much work and time went into making it the perfect dress, and because of the process, my dress had its own story.

Working with Sarah and her team was so special and unique. It made me fully appreciate the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into creating these beautiful pieces. 

 Little things like appreciating corsetry, that the lace for my veil was coming especially from France, and that someone in the room next door had lovingly crafted and tailored the bodice and skirt, every aspect made the dress more precious to me.

 My wedding is probably the only time I’ll spend so much on a dress, so it was worth the little extra picking a dress that was designed and made in the UK (and with the quality of material and design, there just is no comparison). What’s more, the tranquillity and calm countryside Atelier just made it a more relaxing and less commercial experience (well worth the drive!).

Investing in a Lyn Ashworth dress and the Lyn Ashworth experience is an incredible gift to give yourself in the months before and on your big day!
